Bajipot Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

01General Overview

Bajipot (bajipot.fun) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bajipot and its users.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using any Bajipot service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms. In the event of any dispute, the English version of these Terms shall be considered final.

02Account Registration & Verification

To join Bajipot, you must register with accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

What you need to register:

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Password (minimum 8 characters, including numbers and special characters)

After registration, Bajipot may request additional documents for identity verification at any time — such as a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

03Age & Eligibility Requirements

Bajipot's services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances. Any account registered by a minor will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

• Full access to services may be restricted until age verification is complete.
• Registering with a false age may be considered a criminal offence.
• Parents and guardians should use parental controls to prevent minors from accessing the platform.
• Bajipot reserves the right to verify the age of any account it deems suspicious.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bajipot supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (may vary by account level)
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; please contact support if there is a delay.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 200,000
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Verified accounts are guaranteed the fastest withdrawal processing.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

05Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bajipot regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• A deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to qualify for a bonus.
• Wagering requirement: typically 10–30x the bonus amount
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06Betting Rules & Limits

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets across Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, bingo, and other gaming sections on Bajipot.

• Minimum bet: BDT 10 (may vary by game and event)
• Maximum bet limits are listed separately for each market.
• Separate rules apply to live bets placed after an event has started.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bajipot reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns are detected on the same event.
• Match fixing or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.

Result Disputes:

In the event of any dispute over a betting outcome, Bajipot's decision shall be final. However, you may contact support to raise a complaint, and the team will review it fairly.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajipot platform. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using bots, automation, or any software to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse through the creation of multiple accounts
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other users

08Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your Bajipot account at any time by contacting support. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Grounds on which Bajipot may close an account:

• If a breach of terms is proven
• If Identity Verification Fails
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months or more)
• Under the direction of a regulatory authority
• At your own request (self-exclusion)

• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, etc.)
• For direct or indirect financial losses arising from a user's gaming activity
